Process

Breadboard to control the clock motor’s speed and direction.  A button sequences their operation in a predefined manner.
Breadboard h-bridge for the motor forward and backward  control.

Final soldered h-bridge

All parts including h-bridge, motors, button, board, and battery are placed  in and around a small container to assist with  organization within the hat. 
Initial LCD screen test
Breadboard setup for the eye that looks around and blinks placed within the monocle goggle.  It is created with an RGB LCD screen and a Teensy 3.2 Board. 
Final wiring of the LCD screen, board and switch for the eye.
